Michael Semko as deputy general counsel. In this role, Mr. Semko will advise the company on corporate and regulatory legal issues as well as assist with the growth and education of the company's customer base.

Prior to joining NWP, Mr. Semko served as vice president and legal counsel to the National Apartment Association (NAA) for nine years. As legal counsel to NAA his responsibilities included overseeing and maintaining the legality of products and services offered by the association.
