NEW YORK, Sept. 12, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Hollywood Hip Hop Awards TV Show portion of the original Hip Hop Hall of Fame Awards TV Show that aired on BET Cable Network in the 90s returns as a separate co-branded awards show.
It is Hip Hop's version of the Grammy's, Oscars, Emmy's, and Espy's all in one highly charged television concert and awards show. The show will celebrate various elements of hip hop music & culture, and feature Celebrity hosts, presenters, award show nominees and recipients.
Fans will again vote for the winners of the best of Hip Hop in Music, Film, Sports, Television, Fashion, and Business in national magazines and websites like it was done in the 90s.

The nominees will be announced the second quarter of 2013, and the music, sports, and entertainment productions of the year 2012 will be eligible to win, and be included in the national fan voting campaign.
