Bridge Capital Holdings Promotes Debra Bradford to Executive Vice President

Ms. Bradford to Assume Roles of Chief Governance Officer and Chief Accounting Officer


SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwire - Oct 2, 2012) - Bridge Capital Holdings (NASDAQ: BBNK), whose subsidiary is Bridge Bank, National Association, announced today the promotion of Ms. Debra Bradford to the position of executive vice president and chief governance officer. Additionally, Ms. Bradford will assume the role of chief accounting officer as well as continue in the role of corporate secretary.

Ms. Bradford joined Bridge in 2006 as its senior vice president and accounting and financial reporting officer. Since that time, she has accepted increasing responsibilities including those of corporate secretary and special regulatory compliance officer.

Ms. Bradford holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and accounting from California State University, Sacramento, graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School, and holds a CPA certificate.
