GROTON, Conn., Nov. 18, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Advanced Back & Neck Care Center announced that the practice has welcomed two new doctors. Dr. Amy Cannatta is a Chiropractic Physician. Dr. Olympia Dreszer is a Naturopathic Physician and a Board Certified Acupuncturist, as well as a Medical School Graduate from Poland. Both doctors are passionate about integrating natural treatments with whole body care for natural pain management and holistic healing.
Groton chiropractor Dr. Joseph Mascaro announced the addition of two female doctors to the team at Advanced Back & Neck Care Center. Chiropractor Dr. Amy Cannatta and naturopathic physician Dr. Olympia Dreszer are both joining the chiropractic center.
Dr. Cannatta graduated cum laude from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in 2005. She is Board Certified in Integrative Medicine from the American Association of Integrative Medicine. Prior to joining Advanced Back & Neck Care Center, Dr. Cannatta provided chiropractic services to two inner city clinics in Bridgeport, CT on a volunteer basis.

In addition to providing chiropractic care for natural pain management, Dr. Cannatta has a strong background in integrative medicine for managing chronic health conditions. In collaboration with Yale trained endocrinologists, Dr. Cannatta published clinical research studies on the effect of lifestyle management on both Type I and Type II diabetes.

Dr. Olympia Dreszer is a Connecticut-licensed and board-certified naturopathic physician who integrates allopathic and naturopathic treatments Dr. Dreszer has a special interest in treating a variety of health concerns, including PMS, chronic fatigue and migraine pain.
Dr. Dreszer earned her Doctorate Degree of Medicine from Karol Marcinkowski Medical Akademy in Poznan, Poland. A subsequent car accident sparked her passion for holistic medicine.
