In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. the Danish Executive Order no. 668 of 25 June 2012 on major shareholders, the following is hereby announced:
NTC Parent S.à r.l. ("NTC Parent") has informed TDC as follows:
As of today, NTC Holding G.P. & Cie S.C.A. ("NTCH") holds 214,079,200 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 (aggregate nominal value DKK 214,079,200) in TDC, corresponding to 25.949 % of the total share capital and 25.949 % of the total voting rights and NTC Parent holds, directly or indirectly, 215,278,055 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 (aggregate nominal value DKK 215,278,055) in TDC, corresponding to 26.094 % of the total share capital and 26.094 % of the total voting rights.
Furthermore, NTC Parent has informed TDC that NTCH and related parties as of today own approximately 32.8 % of the share capital and voting rights.
