Mats Wäppling leaves the board of Sweco

As previously notified, Mats Wäppling resigns as CEO and President of Sweco as
of 1 December 2012. In relation to this, Mats Wäppling leaves on his own
initiative his position as Member of the Board of Sweco AB.

Tomas Carlsson is appointed new CEO and President of Sweco as of 1 December
2012.
