Leif Östling appointed Vice Chairman of Scania’s Board


The following changes in the composition of the Board of Directors were
implemented at today’s Board meeting of Scania AB. Leif Östling was appointed as
the new Vice Chairman. He will thereby also become a member of the Nomination
Committee. In his new position, he succeeds Jochem Heizmann, who will remain as
a member of the Board.
