Bridal Extravaganza Show, Houston's most established bridal show and bridal event, announces a 30-minute television show for the 28th Annual Bridal Extravaganza Show this January 5-6, to be held at downtown Houston's George R. Brown Convention Center.
"To promote the Extravaganza, a 30-minute television show is currently airing on ABC, Channel 13. The promotional presentation prepares brides to attend the largest bridal show in the country. Detailed information on purchasing tickets, fashion shows and vendor choices are presented in an interactive and fun format," Laurette M. Veres, of Bridal Extravaganza Show, said.
Select vendors offer wedding planning tips. Jeff Raines from DJU Productions suggests making a list of "play" and "do not play" songs for the wedding DJ. Jo Ann S. Woodward, wedding consultant, recommends attending the Extravaganza so people can meet vendors face-to-face. Butler's Courtyard's Nancy Richards says one should book the wedding venue at least a year in advance. Jill Vidal displays innovative linens through her company Elegant Beginnings. Nadine Moon from Who Made the Cake showcases various wedding cake options.
Celebrity sightings on the program include "Say Yes to the Dress" star Randy Fenoli, and Wedgwood/Waterford spokesperson Jorge Perez. Tidbits from the Royal Wedding are scattered throughout the show.
