BUFFALO, N.Y., Dec. 18, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OnCore Golf, a start-up sports technology company launching a proprietary hollow core golf ball has agreed to become the title sponsor of Buffalo's premier golf show "Tee 2 Green." The show, set to air in the spring of 2013, is now in its eighth season and features golf courses in the Buffalo/Niagara region, as well as tips and the latest equipment.
Kevin Sylvester, co-creator and host of "Tee 2 Green," (WGR-NBC) has devoted one episode in the series to tell the story behind the company, technology, and the founders who reside and operate the business out of Buffalo, NY. "This is a great story for the city of Buffalo - OnCore has an awesome product, which is sure to catch the attention of the golfing world. I'm an avid golfer and I love the ball and what it can do for the majority of players," he commented. Kevin currently serves on the advisory board of First Tee of Western NY, in addition to having recently published and released his first e-book "The Married Man's Guide to Golf."

We are very pleased to be a part of the production and feel the personal endorsement from Kevin with respect to the golf ball's performance is a big win for OnCore, but more importantly for all of those golfers looking to get more enjoyment from the game of golf."
