Mr. Fletcher, a director based in BRG's Washington, DC, office, is a taxation expert with 30 years of experience in a variety of industries. He has worked with construction contractors, service organizations, government contractors, software and technology firms, manufacturers, retailers, telecommunications, financial services companies, and family-owned entrepreneurial businesses.

Mr. Mills and Mr. Batelli are principals based in the firm's New York office.
