It is mentioned in the press today that the Public Prosecutor for Financial Crimes investigates Mark Szigethy for certain tax issues, and that the investigation, amongst other matters, concerns his relation to NetBooster Holding A/S (formerly Guava A/S).
The Company in this connection wishes to communicate that the Municipal Court of Copenhagen on 17 January 2013 has issued a search warrant allowing for a search of NetBooster Holding A/S in connection with the investigation of Mark Szigehty and certain other persons.
The search warrant explicitly states that the Company is not a suspect in the matter, and the Company assists the police in the investigation, which relates to the period 2006-2008.
