School Docu Tool is a software application available as an embedded solution within certain OKI multifunction printers (MFPs).
The School Docu Tool solution enables educators to prepare bubble sheet tests with 15, 30, 60 or 100 questions, and an optional essay field. A master sheet is printed for teachers to populate with the correct answers, which is then used for grading tests through the School Docu Tool embedded application. Completed tests are loaded into the automatic document feeder of one of the versatile OKI MB700 Series monochrome MFPs which then scans and grades each test quickly and accurately. The solution also provides reports to assist teachers with analyzing test results by student, by classroom and by test question. The large touch-screen panel of the OKI MB700 Series MFPs helps make the process easy and efficient. Additionally, test results can be exported for use in the school's student information system.
