Invitation to a conference call in connection with Arise Windpower’s Year-end report for 2012

Arise Windpower’s Year-end report for 2012 will be released on Friday 15
February 2013 at around 08.00 a.m. At 11.00 a.m. on the same day a conference
call will be held where Arise Windpower’s CEO, Peter Nygren, will present the
report to the stock market and media. After the presentation those attending
will be invited to ask questions.
