Truli Media Group, Inc. Adds Marty Pompadur to Its Board of Directors

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - Feb 12, 2013) - Truli Media Group, Inc. (OTCQB: TRLI) announces the appointment of longtime friend and business associate of Chairman Michael Jay Solomon, Mr. Martin Pompadur. Marty joined Rupert Murdoch's News Corp Europe in June 1998 as its Executive Vice President, and as President of News Corporation Eastern and Central Europe, and was a member of News Corporation's Executive Management Committee. He was appointed Chairman of News Corp Europe in January 2000, a position he held until 2008. Marty was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of R P Companies from 1982 until 2007. His experience spans several additional executive positions at media companies including American Broadcasting Companies (ABC) and Ziff Corporation.
