Loomis creates a unique service offering through strategic partnership with NCR

Loomis is strengthening its service offering in the United Kingdom through a
partnership agreement with NCR, whereby NCR will take over ATM technical service
operations. Under the agreement Loomis will be purchasing services from NCR in
order to continue to offer its bank customers high quality service for their
ATMs.

This partnership creates competitive benefits and enables Loomis to provide a
unique offering of combined services. It also brings opportunities for new
business in the UK.

In total around 150 technicians will have a new employer, although they will
still be serving some of the same customers.

This transaction is the beginning of a process of efficiency improvements for
the UK operation. Kenneth Högman, Regional President Northern Europe and Country
President for Loomis UK Ltd is in charge of the process.

“This agreement gives us a partner with a strong technical service organization
operating throughout the country. Together we can offer our customers a unique
service concept for ATMs,” states Kenneth Högman.
