Adjustment of VINX Benchmark Index due to rights issue in Citycon
The following information is based on a press release from Citycon Oyj (CTY1S, FI0009002471) published on February 12, 2013.
The board of Citycon has decided on a rights issue whereby shareholders are entitled to subscribe to seven (7) new share for every twenty (20) shares held. The subscription price has been set to EUR 1.75 per share. The Ex-date is February 14, 2013.
NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group will act and adjust CTY1S in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector Indexes”, rule 4.3.
The new number of shares for CTY1S to be included in the VINXB on the Ex-date is 441 288 016.
