Cryptzone to initiate international investment round to fund US expansion and strategic product development

Gothenburg, 15 February 2013

Cryptzone, the European IT security and threat mitigation specialist, has over
the last six months refocused its IT security solution portfolio and transformed
the organizational structure to strengthen the business. The North American
market continues to show strong growth and is helping to reinforce Cryptzone's
position as global player in the IT security market.

The Cryptzone Board and management team believe that the fundamental changes
necessary for the company's new ventures have been initiated and essentially
implemented. The company has begun work on fundraising and a contract with
Stockholm Corporate Finance and American investment bank, Rainmaker Capital, has
been signed in order to raise capital in the range of 20-40 million SEK on the
international market.

This capital will be used primarily to build a strong and self-sufficient sales
organization in North America, and to accelerate product development in the
areas that are strategically important for 2013 and 2014 - principally
Microsoft(TM) SharePoint(TM).

The Board has a mandate from the AGM to reach a decision on the issue of up to
700,000,000 B shares for the purpose of raising capital.
