The DK8 tablet is independently certified for military standards of ruggedness, which minimizes downtimes and lost data due to accidents and breakage.

This closed case solution feeds power, Ethernet data, and 2-channel 1553 data through a 35-pin MIL-DTL-38999 military connector. Compact, small-footprint, single solution devices are an AMREL specialty, so no peripheral devices are necessary.
