It is hereby announced that Nils Carlsson as of 28 February 2013 resigns as CEO of the company and, as of the same date, resigns from all other executive functions in the Netbooster Group. Nils will be replaced by Jens Nielsen, who for a period of time has been associated as a consultant, and who for a number of years has been a member of the company’s board of directors.
The company thanks Nils Carlsson for his great contribution over the years.
