NEW SHARES IN eQ PLC ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER
The 145,000 new shares subscribed in the share issue directed to the certain key persons of eQ Group were entered into the Trade Register today. The shareholder rights of the new shares arise as from the date of the Trade Register entry.
After the Trade Register entry of the new shares, the number of company’s shares is 36,442,198. The new shares entered into the Trade Register will be applied for public trading on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki.
