Healthcare Veteran Will Lead Consulting Practice, Business Development

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Mar 6, 2013) -  FJA, a provider of enterprise software and services to the insurance industry, has hired Joseph Wilds to the position of Senior Vice President. Wilds will be responsible for growing the FJA consulting practice, for business development, and for overall team leadership.

"I'm thrilled to be part of the FJA team," said Wilds. "My career has been spent in the healthcare industry. And I look forward to contributing my experience to enhance the current and future offerings to FJA's customers as we build this new consulting practice. FJA will be more able than ever to help companies strategically, operationally, and technologically."

Wilds joins FJA from Maddock Douglas in Chicago, an agency of innovation, at which he was Managing Principal for the healthcare business. During his tenure, he led the health care practice and will continue to serve on the advisory board. Prior to Maddock Douglas, Wilds spent more than 16 years at Cambia Health Solutions, holding the positions of CEO, Regence Life and Health -- and Vice President of Marketing, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield -- in which he helped increase annual revenues and led the direction of the entire group.

Wilds holds an MBA from Washington State University and is involved in many organizations, including The Children's Home Society of Washington and the Board of Trustees at Root Whole Body Health.

"We're very excited to welcome Joe to our team," said Marc Dutton, Managing Partner, FJA. "He brings a wealth of knowledge to our new healthcare consulting practice and strengthens our focus on customer relationships."
