magicJack Announces Filing Extension for Form 10-K


WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. and NETANYA, Israel, March 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- magicJack VocalTec Ltd. (Nasdaq:CALL) ("MJ"), a cloud communications leader that invented voice over IP (VoIP) technology, today announced that it will file a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that allows the Company to extend the deadline to file its Form 10-K for the full year of 2012, which ended on December 31, 2012.

The Company's audit is in the process of being completed, and expects to file its 10-K on or before the extended deadline. This delay in filing is not related to earlier unsubstantiated web postings or threats of litigation. The Company looks forward to reporting its fourth quarter and full year 2012 results on its upcoming earnings conference call which will coincide with the 10-K filing.
