PMFG, Inc. (Parent of Peerless Mfg. Co.) Awarded $2.1 Million Separation Systems Order


DALLAS, March 26, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PMFG, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq:PMFG) today announced that it has been awarded a contract with a value of approximately $2.1 million for separation equipment. The order is for multiple sets of separation equipment designed to improve the efficiency and output of a gas processing facility located in southeastern Mexico. The order will require fabrication in one of the Company's domestic facilities, as well as at a sub-contractors facility within Mexico to meet the projects objectives. Based on the desired delivery dates, the Company anticipated the recognition of revenue in the second half of calendar 2013.
