Amazon and Apple Veteran Joins SquareTrade as VP of Operations

In this role, Bhasin will be responsible for the customer experience including all call center operations, claims management, service delivery, repairs, and product development. Bhasin comes to SquareTrade from Amazon.com where he directed several key businesses including operations, reverse logistics and fulfillment centers, which account for billions of dollars in annual shipments.

Prior to Amazon, Bhasin directed global desktop operations at Apple Inc. where he was responsible for refurbishment of all Mac^® products, and the ramp and manufacturing of iMac^® operations. At Dell Inc., Bhasin managed the overall consumer experience worldwide, and then went on to direct all of Dell's contact centers in the Philippines as country manager. Bhasin holds a diploma in Civil Engineering from the University of Wales in Great Britain.
