CONVENING TO COMBINED SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 25, 2013
Danone informs its Shareholders that its Combined Shareholders' Meeting will take place on Thursday April 25, 2013, at 2:30PM, at Carrousel du Louvre - 99, rue de Rivoli, 75001, Paris.
The preliminary notice to the meeting, which includes the agenda and the text of the resolutions presented to the Shareholders' Meeting, has been published in the French official gazette (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires - BALO) of March 1, 2013 and the notice of meeting has been published in the BALO of April 3, 2013. Information regarding the formalities for attendance and voting is included in these notices.
