Hereby the audited annual information of AB Sanitas (hereinafter – Sanitas) is presented, including the consolidated and separate financial statements, the consolidated annual report, confirmation of responsible persons and the independent auditor‘s report.
Sanitas Group audited consolidated result before taxes is a loss of LTL 3,921 thousand (€ 1,136 thousand). It differs from the preliminary results announced on 28 February 2013 by more than 10% due to recognized impairment loss on subsidiaries’ goodwill of LTL 32,453 (€ 9,399 thousand) and recalculated share of consolidated profit of an associated company Valeant IPM sp. z o.o. of LTL 2,956 (€ 856 thousand).
