Implementing the AB „Kauno energija“ Board‘s, functioning as the sole shareholder of JSC „Pastatų priežiūros paslaugos“, decision, the process of reorganization of JSC „Pastatų priežiūros paslaugos“ has been completed April 16, 2013.
After completion of these procedures AB „Kauno energija“ subsidiaries continuing its activities JSC „Pastatų priežiūros paslaugos“ (company code 300580563) and the newly established legal entity JSC „Kauno Energija NT“ (company code 303042623) statutes were registered at the Register of Legal Entities.
