AUM Appoints Neal Taylor Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Dave Carpenter to resume duties as Chief Strategic Officer


LOMBARD, Ill., April 23, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American Utility Management (AUM), the premier provider of energy management services for the multifamily industry, announced today the appointment of Neal Taylor as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. In his new role, Taylor will be responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for AUM's market-leading energy management, invoice processing and resident and convergent utility billing products. He comes to AUM with a broad background in Utility Automation, Multifamily Billing and Utility Management, with a focus on Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Management. Taylor brings extensive experience in Multifamily, serving in a number of senior level roles during his professional career.

With the addition of Taylor, David Carpenter will resume his duties as Chief Strategic Officer.  Carpenter had served as interim head of sales since February, 2012.
