NVIDIA Stockholder Meeting Set for May 15; Individuals Can Participate Online

SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwired - May 8, 2013) - NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders at its headquarters in Santa Clara, Calif., on Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at 9 a.m. PT. The meeting will take place in Building E, located at 2800 Scott Blvd.

Individuals wishing to attend the meeting virtually may do so by going to www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/NVIDIA2013. Stockholders will need their 12-digit control number included in their notice or proxy card to access the meeting and may vote and submit questions while attending the meeting online. Non-stockholders are welcome to attend by going to the above link and selecting "Other Attendees."
