Bond transactions with same legal entity
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has reprimanded Nordea for violating the NASDAQ OMX Nordic Member Rules 4.6.2., by carrying out transactions where the buyer and the seller were the same legal entity.

The exchanges decision to reprimand or charge a fee is published together with the member’s identity in order to secure openness in regards to decisions made by the exchange. This is apparent in the NASDAQ OMX Nordic Member Rules 4.12.1.
