Filing of a new version of the Vallourec 2012 Registration Document
including the 2012 Annual Financial Report (corrective)

A new version of the 2012 Registration Document, cancelling and replacing the previous version filed with the French securities regulator (Autorité des Marchés Financiers - AMF) on 24 April 2013, is available on the AMF (www.amf-france.org) and Vallourec (www.vallourec.com) websites. It corrects a wrong figure in page 281, the income paid out for the 2012 financial year amounting to € 86,212,986 and not to € 162,430,263.
