Limarko laivininkystės kompanija AB is selling the motor vessel “SERENADA”. The vessel should be handed over to the buyer in France at the end of May 2013.
The terms of vessel’s sale and purchase are confidential. The vessel is being sold at market value and the result of sale of the vessel shall not have substantial effect on Company‘s financial (net) results.
The proceeds from sale will be used to repay the loans and for general working capital purposes.
