SAN RAMON, Calif., May 21, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ArmaninoLLP, the 29th largest accounting and business consulting firm in the nation and the largest based in California, announced it will close all of its offices this Thursday, May 23rd, and donate 2200 hours of staff time sending 272 employees out to volunteer a full day of service to 23 organizations during the firm's "Great Give" day of community service.
Employees from Armanino's three Bay Area offices, Portland and Chicago offices will paint, garden, perform data entry, work with animals, pour cement, clear brush, spend time with elderly citizens and children and build or finish small structures.
Since 2009, the Armanino workforce has donated a total of approximately 9,000 hours of community service to more than 100 nonprofit organizations ranging from local schools, assisted living communities, and animal shelters to food banks, homeless shelters, parks and many other community organizations.
