Prime Social Group Unveils First-Ever Breakaway Music Festival

COLUMBUS, OH--(Marketwired - Jun 11, 2013) - Prime Social Group is proud to announce details of the inaugural Breakaway Music Festival, an all-new concert series presented at Major League Soccer stadiums across the country. Each large-scale event will feature a genre-busting multi-artist bill spanning EDM, indie, pop, hip-hop, and beyond. Each festival date will feature a strong local component, highlighting a thriving local music scene. It's "Your Field. Your Fest."

Breakaway Music Festival will kick off on Saturday, September 14 at Columbus Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio -- home to The Columbus Crew and the first soccer-specific stadium ever built for an MLS franchise. The lineup will feature an incredibly diverse roster, including such luminaries as Bassnectar, Empire of the Sun, Kendrick Lamar, Ohio's own Twenty One Pilots, Porter Robinson, Tokyo Police Club, Schoolboy Q, Robert DeLong, American Authors, LA Riots, and more.

The following weekend will see Breakaway Music Festival hitting FC Dallas Stadium in Frisco, Texas -- home stadium to MLS' FC Dallas. The event will see performances from Wu-Tang Clan, Empire of the Sun, Big Gigantic, Matt & Kim, Texas' own Explosions in the Sky and Crizzly, Juicy J, Ra Ra Riot, Danny Avila and more.
