Bjarte Bruheim, Chairman of EMGS's Board, has on 18 June 2013 extended ("rolled") the six-month forward contract of 13 December 2012, relating to the purchase of 1,000,000 shares in EMGS, for a new period of just over six months - until 19 December 2013 - at NOK 10.00 per share.
After this transaction, Mr. Bruheim holds 2,205,088 shares, 350,000 options and a forward contract for 1,000,000 shares in EMGS.
