Lincoln Property Company Announces New Vice President of Client Services, Margette Hepfner

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Jun 20, 2013) - Lincoln Property Company, currently ranked as the third largest apartment management firm in the US, recently announced the appointment of Margette Hepfner as Vice President of Client Services. Ms. Hepfner will be responsible for new and current client relations for the residential division based at the corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Margette brings with her 13 years of industry knowledge to this new role within Lincoln Property Company, having previously held the position of Vice President of National Sales at PRIMEDIA/Apartment Guide.

During this time she established Apartment Guide's National Client Program, recruited and cultivated a dynamic sales team of 12 to meet advertiser needs, thus securing more than one third of the firm's total client development in 2012.
