On Friday 21 June 2013, Marine Harvest sold a 3,326,940 shares in Cermaq at an average price of NOK 105.33 per share. As a consequence Marine Harvest's shareholding of Cermaq was reduced below the 5% disclosure threshold. Following the sale Marine Harvest holds 1,706,604 shares in Cermaq, representing 1.84% of the outstanding shares.
