NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDING
The company was notified on 24 June 2013 by BlackRock, Inc that, following an acquisition of voting rights, through a chain of controlled undertakings it now holds indirectly voting rights in the company through ordinary shares and through other financial instruments over 70,536,477 ordinary shares. This amounts to 5.00% of the company's total voting rights.
