Monika Elling resigns as Poolia CEO

Monika Elling has given her notice and leaves her position as Poolia CEO with
immediate effect. Dag Sundström, member of the Poolia board, takes over as
deputy CEO until a new CEO is in place.
– I respect Monika Elling’s decision since the members of the Board realise that
she does not have the full trust required within the organisation to continue as
CEO, says Björn Örås, Chairman of the Poolia Board.

Monika Elling’s notice period is eight months.

– Monika Elling has been the Poolia CEO since 2010. Strong actions have been
taken during her tenure to adjust the company to the prevailing market
situation, says Björn Örås.

The process of recruiting a new CEO will start immediately. Dag Sundström will
step in as deputy CEO. He is experienced as Director at McKinsey & Company and
as CEO and MD at Teleca AB and at XLENT Consulting Group.

– We have an agreement which we are both happy with. I am passionate about
Talent Eye and see the need in business and society for its services. Talent Eye
is helping companies finding future talents through Employer Branding and custom
made Internships, says Monika Elling.
