A national assurance, tax and consulting firm focused on the middle market, and a member of the global accounting network RSM International, performed the SSAE 16 SOC 2 audit for the period between July 1 and December 31, 2012.
The audit tested for company control environment, risk assessment, and information and communication functions. It observed activities and operations, inspected documents and records, and examined and monitored management activities of supervisory and staff personnel. No exceptions or problems were noted in any of the 10 areas audited.
