JSC VEF has received notification on changes on significant holding at JSC VEF from Gints Feņuks. According to the notification , G.Feņuks inderect participation in JSC VEF voting capital has decreased by 17.43 % of the total voting capital as G.Feņuks controlled company SIA " Nekustamo Īpašumu proektu aģentūra " has completely terminated participation in JSC VEF voting capital. The direct participation of G.Feņuks in JSC VEF voting capital has increased by 17.43% of the total voting capital, as G.Feņuks as directly acquired JSC VEF shares. See notification attached.
