New York, NY, Sept. 16, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Complete Discovery Source (CDS Legal), the leader in eDiscovery, has been named the number one end-to-end eDiscovery solution by the New York Law Journal 2013 Reader Rankings Survey for the second year in a row. More than 8,000 readers across the nation cast votes throughout August.
CDS was also named "Best End-to-End eDiscovery Provider" in 2012 by the New York Law Journal and "Best End-to-End eDiscovery Solution Provider" by the National Law Journal in March of 2013.

They trust us to handle their most critical matters, and we apply every ounce of expertise and technology to ensure their projects are successful."
CDS' leadership position is supported by ongoing efforts to bolster its service and software offerings. CDS offers clients integrated e-discovery through expanded offices nationwide, a newly upgraded proprietary e-discovery platform, Nytrix CIY, and continued role as a leading Relativity provider.
The company has also invested considerable time and resources in building its technology and security infrastructure with ISO 27001 certified hosting and SSAE 16 SOC 1 Type 2 tested processing in its own data centers. "CDS is a first choice for corporations, outside counsel, and government agencies because we are Big-Data-capable and are well-versed in advanced technology such as assisted review and data mining techniques. About the New York Law Journal Reader Rankings
The New York Law Journal Reader Rankings are not a scientific survey or an editorial analysis. The voting was conducted via online ballot, compiled by the New York Law Journal. Readers were notified of the ballot through direct emails and online advertisements linking to the ballot across ALM's network of websites. The ballot consisted of more than 80 categories encompassing the areas of Technology, Research, Accounting, Insurance, Financial Services, Litigation Support, Real Estate, Education Recruiting and Staffing.
In total, over 400 firms were listed on the official online ballot and voters were also given the option of writing in any firms not listed. This year, more than 8,000 readers cast votes for their favorite vendors, surpassing last year's total by nearly 20%. Only legitimate end users (attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants etc.) were allowed to vote. Any non-attorney or non-legal-professional vote (or anyone who could not be validated as a legitimate end user) was disqualified.
