Information Systems Associates, Inc. announces another interface for DCIM systems

New Offering Expands Patented Data Collection Process to Partner Asset VUE

Stuart, Sept. 17, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Information Systems Associates, Inc. (OTCQB: IOSA), an emerging information technology company, is announcing an expansion of its product portfolio. The company has completed development of an additional interface for DCIM systems giving it and partner Asset VUE, LLC the ability to share data between the two systems.  The ISA data collection and IT asset management system has long been recognized as a very cost effective and efficient way for data center managers to accurately know what equipment and power infrastructure they have installed and where it is located.  ISA announced earlier this year that the companies planned to sign an agreement covering additional areas of cooperation with tighter interfaces between ISA's OSPI® solution and the Asset VUE Solution Suite encompassing the RFID enabled Asset VUE Inventory and Asset SECURE products.

Joe Coschera, ISA's founder and CEO said, "This additional interface from ISA is another important "building block" in our product strategy to bring efficient and accurate information to our clients for their DCIM implementations.  As I have said previously, we are using our Professional Services experience within data centers to provide new software offerings that significantly enhance our client's efficiency in managing their DCIM roll outs".  The Company has recently announced that it is now focusing its growth plans on new software offerings in the DCIM market space as well as growing its professional services and consulting businesses.

ISA has been working collectively with partner Asset VUE since 2011 and the companies work on large DCIM projects utilizing the skills of both entities.  The new interface will further strengthen the working relationship between Asset VUE and ISA by:

·         Providing a data collection toolset for the initial implementation of the Asset VUE Data Center Asset Management (DCAM) solution

·         Extending features and functionality of OSPI® to Asset VUE users giving them much more detailed data on devices, power infrastructure and connectivity

·         Extending Asset VUE features and functionality to OSPI® users by providing Web based data access and reports, and RFID auditing and tracking.

Sean Cotter, Asset VUE President said, "I am very pleased that ISA has expanded their abilities to include our products.  We have already concluded some successful joint projects with ISA's professional services team and expect that both companies will be engaged on further major implementations in the near future."  He also commented that this new interface will assist both companies in their quest to offer cost effective and implementable solutions for their clients.

The new interface will be priced as a part of an overall solution where both Asset VUE and OSPI® are being selected.  The costs of the product will be offset by a reduction in the amount of scanner hardware required since only one scanner will be required to interface with the collective data.  The interface will be released and generally available in late October.
