The new positions will support a major healthcare client, reflecting APAC Customer Services' continued growth in the healthcare industry.
These immediate openings are for licensed and non-licensed agents to provide support for the upcoming open enrollment season. Agents will provide phone-based customer service and inbound sales support with a focus on prescription drug plans. Licensed candidates must hold a 2-15 or 2-40 active Florida license.
