Op 20 september 2013 ontving RealDolmen NV een kennisgeving van Sofina NV, Rebelco NV en Union Financière Boël volgens dewelke zij samen per 27 juni 2013, 176.603 aandelen aanhouden. Het kapitaal wordt vertegenwoordigd door 5.207.767 aandelen REA (ISIN BE0003899193). De gezamenlijke participatie van voormelde aandeelhouders bedraagt dus 3,39 % van alle stemrechten.
