The Houston Business Journal will announce the official rankings on October 16th, at their rock and roll themed event. These rankings will be released via print and digital media on October 18th to HBJ subscribers.
For over ten years, the Houston Business Journal (HBJ) has been conducting employee engagement audits of Houston-area businesses. The goal has been to highlight those companies that place an emphasis on establishing competitive employee compensation plans, embrace tolerance and flexibility, and support innovation and ideas. These surveys are conducted by a third party organization called Quantum Workplace, which ranks businesses on a 100-point scale.
