The current board is Jacob Andreas Møller, M&A Schibsted ASA and Per Sigvald Austrheim, M&A Telenor ASA. The board will shortly be replaced by three board members from each of the parties. Terje Seljeseth CEO of SCM will be the Chairman of the board.
