Reference is made to the notice of 26 August 2013 regarding Trols AS', a company wholly owned by Kjetil Olsen, chairman of the board in Hofseth BioCare ASA (the "Company"), purchase of 794 209 shares owned directly or indirectly by Lucas Altepost, former VP Sales and Marketing.
Prisma Consult AS, a company wholly owned by Øystein Omvik, CFO of the Company, has, today, 24 October 2013, purchased 200 000 shares in the Company for NOK 2,78 per share, corresponding to a total purchase price of NOK 556 992 The sale implies an exercise of the sales option agreed between Trols AS and the Company on 26 August 2013. The shares are sold at cost price adjusted for time-considered value.
Øystein Omvik will after this trade own, directly or indirectly, 310 000 shares in the Company, which represents 0,40 percent of the total shares in the Company. Kjetil Olsen will after this trade own, directly or indirectly, 989 557 shares in the Company, which represents 1,28 percent of the total shares in the Company.
