Wulff’s Co-Operational Negotiations Ended

WULFF’S CO-OPERATIONAL NEGOTIATIONS ENDED

The co-operational negotiations with the personnel of Wulff Group Plc and its subsidiaries Wulff Oy Ab and Wulff Looks have ended. The negotiations resulted in layoffs of 9 employees. Additionally it was agreed to have 60 employees’ temporary layoffs of maximum four weeks, which will take place when needed in 2013 and 2014.

The actions will be done due to financial and productional reasons as a part of Wulff’s cost-saving program. The target is to gain savings of EUR 1.0 million which are estimated to impact the result mainly in 2014.
