PMFG, Inc. (Parent of Peerless Mfg. Co.) Concludes Annual Meeting of Stockholders, Releases Preliminary Results of Proposal Votes and Director Elections


DALLAS, Nov. 14, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PMFG, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq:PMFG) has concluded its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Based upon the preliminary vote tabulation, the Company announced that the stockholders approved the election of Kenneth R. Hanks and R. Clayton Mulford to serve as directors until the 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, the advisory proposal on the Company's executive compensation program and the appointment of Grant Thornton, LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending June 28, 2014. The Company will file a Form 8-K reporting preliminary voting results today.

The Board of Directors and Compensation Committee will consider the results of the non-binding advisory vote when making future compensation decisions for the named executive officers.
